eQSat is a new technology leveraging a relatively old (for the Internet age) concept of sneakernets. It provides a wireless transport for moving data around the globe without the Internet.
Unblockable media
We are scraping media partners’ websites to create a static replica of their content, regularly updated. These replica are delivered and continuously updated by eQSat to a region where their resources are censored or otherwise unavailable, and injected into a local decentralized network.
Users of the Ceno browser access the media’s website on its original address e.g. www.media.com
Playstore without limits
In partnership with the software marketplace Paskoochech, we are delivering software applications to users who are hampered by the censorship of Google’s Playstore and high international data costs. After integrating Ouinet libraries into their Android application, Paskoochech users can share these applications with each other, peer-to-peer.
